EtailExperts is a Medium size consulting company located in the Dallas
Forth worth Metro Plex we help new car dealerships
across the country recruit train and hire their sale personnel at no charge to
the dealer
How
Many Trainers does EtailExperts Have
We have anywhere between 25 to 30 Trainers at any given
time
Is
there any travel involved?
Yes and no, yes if you live in a remote or small area of
the country and if you’re an IGA trainer which means I’ll go anywhere or if you
simply like to travel from time to time. No if you live in a major metro area
such Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles Ect.
Who
Pays for my Travel?
95% of the time the dealer will reimburse the trainer up
to 750.00 for their travel with the proper receipts
How
many months a year do trainers work
Our trainers work about 35 to 40 weeks a year, off every
weekend and all holidays
Is
this seasonal work
No however dealers tend to slow down on hiring in the
months of November and December
What
does one need to have to qualify for this position?
A strong sales background is a must along with any
training/ public/motivational speaking. A professional appearance and dress is
mandatory
Who
Books my Accounts/Deals?
EtailExperts
Has a telemarketing department that sets deals up for the trainer however we
require the trainer to prospect for deals as well (with the proper training from
us of course)
How
many people will I interview on Monday & Tuesday
Our trainers interview on average 15 to 45 plus
applicants in a two day period, with an average show rate of about 95% on
Wednesday morning
How
many students finish and pay on a weekly basics
Our trainers graduate at least 50% of their show rate on
Wednesday morning
Who
pays for my travel to Dallas for my training?
EtailExperts
will pay for your hotel stay, you do not need a rental car the hotel has a
shuttle, you will be responsible for your travel to and from Dallas as well as
your meals
Do
you 1099 me
No, all trainers are independent
contractors for EtailExperts Inc. you are paid in the
field by your student made payable to your DBA
Do
I need to form a company?
No, you will need to obtain a DBA from
your local county clerk of courts, they cost about 10.00
And open a company checking account
Where will the trainer be conducting the interviews &
training
99.9% of the time all is held at the
dealership in rare instances we work from a local hotel at the dealer’s expense
What forms of payments do we accept?
You should accept cash, cashier check,
& credit cards however you’ll need to get a merchant account, DO NOT ACCEPT
PERSONAL CHECKS
Your students pay a training material
fee of 629.00 directly to you or your DBA you keep 400.00 the other 229.00 is
sent directly back to EtailExperts, In turn we ship
out the number of training manuals corresponding to the amount you sent in (for
example you graduate 10 students in a week you’ll collect a total of 6290.00
your keep is 400.00 times the number of students in this case 4000.00 the other
amount equals 229.00 times 10 which is 2290.00 to be sent into EtailExperts
Does the student get reimbursed for their training
material?
Yes EtailExperts
has an agreement with the dealer to reimburse the student back in a short 90
days of successful employment, quitting or getting fired returns no money
Is there any other fee the trainer owes?
Yes each week you work you’ll pay EtailExperts a 300.00 administration fee for setting up
interviews, booking deals and placing any students, you do not owe this fee if
you’re not working
What if some of my students in my class are not hired
EtailExperts has a placement department for anyone that does not get
hired, however they must pass all pre employment screening, be a clean cut
professional dressed person
Does EtailExperts Inc. Guarantee
employment for all students
Of course not we have no way of
knowing if any applicant can pass the pre employment screening process, if so
were about 99% sure of it we also offer lifetime placement
What if the student doesn’t have 629.00 but wants to
continue with the program
There are many different options
however they must be dealt with on a one on one basic
